To facilitate communication, we also collect your phone number and email address.

We only share limited personal information such as your name, age, location, rate, and work experience with a potential client after discussing it with you and obtaining your explicit consent.

All data and documents are stored in a secure environment and handled with the highest level of confidentiality. You have the right to request access to your data at any time and may also request that it be deleted.

Please note, however, that certain documents such as assignment agreements, passport copies, and Chamber of Commerce extracts are subject to legal retention requirements. These must be stored for a period of 7 years even if you request deletion. In such cases, legal obligations take precedence over the right to erasure.

Every two years, we will ask for your renewed consent. In the absence of a response or upon your approval, your data will continue to be retained securely.
